A native of Crowley, Louisiana and a graduate of UL (USL). Tony received his law degree from Tulane Law School. He opened the Law Offices of Tony Morrow, APLC in 1991. Personal Injury, family law, criminal defense and business litigation are the primary matters that most people will need legal assistance with during their life.
He is a local attorney that has lived in Acadiana his whole life. Being active in his community by coaching youth football and donating to community causes. And being selected by fellow attorneys to be a member on the board of directors for the Lafayette Board Association, as well as president for the Lafayette Trial Lawyers Association.
He is also a skilled pilot, having earned an airline transport pilot rating. “ATP” in both single and multi-engine aircraft. As part of giving back to the community, Tony has and continues to volunteer pilot for Veteran’s Airlift, flying injured veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces to medical facilities.
Tony practices in all Louisiana Courts. He has been involved in a wide variety of personal injury claims including 18-wheeler accidents, car wrecks, drunk driving accidents, motorcycle accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, vehicle rollovers, offshore and maritime cases, wrongful death cases, and cases involving fraud. Tony has over 25 years of experience practicing law in Louisiana.
He has handled personal injury cases that have involved traumas such as brain injuries, fractures, burns and various disc injuries. He has represented clients throughout the state of Louisiana in cities such as Lafayette, New Iberia, Opelousas, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles. With trial success in both civil and criminal matters, Tony takes a personal approach with each client he represents.
Tony is a well respected attorney amongst his attorney piers, having been elected to serve as President of the Lafayette Parish Trial Lawyers and as Director on the Board of Directors for the Lafayette Parish Bar Association. He is a past board member for the Big Brothers Big Sisters. Tony was also on the Board of the Louisiana Cutting Horse Association. He was a chairman of the local Ducks Unlimited Chapter.
In addition, Tony is a certified mediator for family matters. His belief is to work through matters in family law, rather than litigate them. With the emotions that each party has, Tony feels litigation is a poor communication tool…and an expensive one.
