Attorney Cameron J. Pontiff
Cameron J. Pontiff is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. Pontiff earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Southern University Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Pontiff was a member of the Moot Court Board, and was an Editor for the Journal of Race, Gender, and Poverty and a published author.
Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Pontiff clerked at a Baton Rouge law firm. Mr. Pontiff was then accepted into the masters program at UCLA (University of California-Los Angeles School of Law) where he earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.). During his masters program, Mr. Pontiff, again, authored articles, and guest lectured, on topics related to human and civil rights.
Mr. Pontiff joined the Law Offices of Tony Morrow, APLC in 2021, where his primary practice areas are personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Since that time, Mr. Pontiff has successfully tried both civil and criminal cases.
Mr. Pontiff enjoys helping clients in their time of need and providing personable representation. Mr. Pontiff is honored amongst his attorney peers, having been elected to serve as Vice President of the Criminal Law Section of the Lafayette Bar Association, and as Legislative Monitoring Committee Chair of the Family Law Section of the Lafayette Bar Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Pontiff enjoys playing alto saxophone in his band, Buffalo Lockjaw, as well as hunting and fishing with his family and friends.
